1964 Chevrolet Corvair Description

This is a 1964 Corvair Monza 4 speed manual. It was my first car in 1984 and daily driver until about 1992.
The body is straight and interior in good shape. Has not been drive in about 10 years. Last time I tried to start it had some ingition switch problems and when it did crank it didn't start. I did not smell fuel so, after sitting for so long, the fuel pump is probably bad.
I would enjoy seeing this car restored and appreciated.

Q: Hi, I wanted to ask if there is any rust or bondo and has it really got 220,000 miles on it. When you stopped driving it, was the motor fine (no oil burning or noises)? And was it rebuilt before that, Thanks for your help, Jim Jul-05-15
A: It shows 12000 and has been around twice. No bondo that I know of and I don't see rust. I haven't been underneath in a long time. I'll post more pictures. Let me know if there is a particular location you would like to see. When I stopped driving it it ran and shifted great. No oil burning, leaks, or noises.
Q: What is the VIN number and you say it has not run in 10 years, why? Does the engine turn over? Is it a transmission/clutch problem? Is it available for inspection? Jul-05-15
A: vin: 40927W203449 It's been started a few times over the years. Not driven mostly because of no insurance. No clutch or transmission problems. It currently turns over but does not start. I don't smell fuel, so probably bad fuel pump.
