This is a 2001 Camaro SS - 1SC Stripper model. It has a hard top, manual windows and seats. The windows and windshield are flawless. The body is smooth and the paint is very shiny. Some typical blemishes and small scratches on the paint for a 2001 model. The black hard top inherited the ugly bubbling roof clear coat that all 2001 models got cursed with thanks to GM. The car has never been in an accident and is always garage kept since I've owned it.The interior is typical Chevy. The dash is perfect with no cracks. The back seats were deleted by the previous owner when I bought the car many years ago. The carpet is a lightweight black fabric and isn't the nicest. The radio head unit is a Sony Xplod bluetooth head unit with factory speakers.I bought this Camaro to make it a fun project but I don't have much urge to play with it anymore after taking up other hobbies. It sits in my garage and is rarely driven. I replaced the stock ls1 motor it came with. The forged motor has maybe 3500 miles on it and it is in perfect condition. There is a tiny oil leak, like maybe a drop every once in a while. Not sure where it comes from but it doesn't bother me. It has been street tuned by myself and according to the butt dyno, it feels like it's in the neighborhood of 700 - 725rwhp on only 12 degrees of timing and 14-15 pounds of boost. There is zero traction on street tires. It idles great with no stalling, surging or any issues. It runs like stock till you mash the pedal. The tune is safe and fat. The transmission shifts smooth. It is capable of over 850+ rear wheel horsepower with a good 3 bar SD dyno tune, better blower intake hat, a bigger K&N air filter, a smaller blower pulley and maybe better flowing exhaust. The next step would be to build the transmission, upgrade the rear end and bolt on sticky tires but I'll leave that for the next person that gets to have this car.
