Barn Find ~ Clean 1972 Chevy Camaro ~ Small Block/Auto ~ Runs/Drives
1972 Chevrolet Camaro Description
This is about as close to a barn find as one will normally see for a running/driving classic. This car has been stored in an elderly mans garage going on 15 or so years. The gentleman pieced the car together over the years and the family recently opted to liquidate the vehicle. We do not know if any numbers match on the car or what size the engine is. The odometer does show 73,000 but we have no idea if that is original short of the great, overall shape. We know it is a small block with aftermarket valve covers and headers and that it runs very well but that is the extent of it. The hood is obviously aftermarket and fiberglass. Hood pins and two different hood springs are included. The car is an automatic on the floor and currently has a B&M shifter set up. Interior is primarily complete in black leather and headliner, along with three boxes of various other oem parts for throughout the car will go to winning bidder. Body wise the car is extremely clean. As you can see in the pics the trunk/floor/undercarriage is thankfully in great shape. The drivers side rear quarter has a small area but negligible in the larger scope of things. 15" wheels with decent tread on tires and all glass an electrical is sound and in basic working order. This truly is a well cared for, solid runner to enjoy as is or take to the next level. Reserve is in check with what we have found to be the middle ground of what local Camaro enthusiasts have surmised. Car has no title but is sold with a past registration as well as the certificate of sale of non titled vehicle which will allow most anyone to initiate needed filings.
