1996 Chevrolet Suburban LT Description

I have for sale a 1996 Chevy Suburban 2500. I installed a lb7 duramax and a Allison 5 speed automatic transmission. I installed a 3 inch body lift for everything to fit. The drivetrain had 92,000 miles on it when I did the conversion. It now has 196xxx on it. The truck runs and drives excellent. It has all the necessary cooling for a Duramax. It has the instrument cluster from the donor truck so all of the gauges work correctly. The only thing that does not work is the air bags and the light is on. That was one system I was not concerened with when I did the conversion. Everything else works like it should. Power windows, air conditioning, abs brakes, cruise control, front heated seats, and the tow haul mode for the transmission. The truck has a electric lift pump and -10 Fuel line from the tank I installed in case I wanted to try and make crazy power with this thing. It has a prodigy brake controller installed. It has a air compressor and air bags installed on the rear one of the bags does have a hole in it that would need replaced for them to work. This is one of a kind truck and gets crazy looks when you can out pull brand new trucks up the mountains with a boat. I built this truck for my wife 7 years ago and has been awesome. I have since gotten divorced and don't want her truck anymore. There is a couple small rust spots bubling up on the rear doors. There is no rust on theunderneath the underside and frame are very solid. There is a dent on the right front fender. There is a tear in the driver seat that can be seen in the photos.
