Prior to my purchase, this vehicle was not on patrol duty. It was an unmarked unit that served as a service and transport vehicle for the SWAT team for the city department, which is why the vehicle has no tears or rips in any seats, and very little interior wear and tear. Never had a cage installed, no light bar. Since it wasn't a patrol vehicle, all functions work;rear windows, doors, and locks work like they should, and are not disabled.
I purchased it from the same city I have bought all my other daily drivers from. It is one of the largest cities in Texas, so they have a large budget, and keep their vehicles in tip-top shape. They continuously win awards and earn a spot on the Top 10 Fleets in the country from fleet manager associations. Being a Texas vehicle its whole life, it is rust free; don't be tempted to buy one of those cheap, rust bucket Tahoes from fleets in Michigan, Chicago, NY, and others.
-Truck has tinted front windows, and aftermarket deep tint on all rear windows.
-Spark plugs done in last 500 miles, air filter cleaning, and overall service completed.

Vehicle does have minor cosmetic issues which are expected of the age, use, and mileage. Hood has a scratch on it, as well as a mark on the passenger doors (can be seen in pictures). Other small dings and imperfection that do not detract from the overall great look of the truck. Interior is in great shape, with the common Chevy cracked dashboard, but is leagues better than most PPVs on the market; no worn or torn seats, no holes from prisoner partition (never had one installed).
This Chevy Tahoe is equipped with the police, known as the PPV package; Police Pursuit Vehicle. This package includes a lowered suspension, heavy duty shocks, struts, and sway bars. Performance upgrades include oil cooler, transmission cooler, and other features that make the truck suited for longer lasting performance.
