1951 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Description
I am selling this project for my father-in-law's estate. What is in this ad is what I know. I will try to answer any questions, but pleaseunderstand if I don't know.I will try to get answers to any questions.
1951 Chevrolet Bel Air project. Body-off restoration.Body and paint complete on the body, doors,and trunk-lidof the vehicle. Dark green metallic paint on the body, light (maybe sea mist) green on the roof. Floor pans and lower quarter panels replaced. All trimand front grille appears to be in the car. Needs radiator, glass,and driveshaft.
Hood appears to be in original paint (see pictures). Core support appears to be finish painted black.Front fenders and inner fender panels have been stripped and primed. Bumpers appear to be painted the light green, but may be in prime (hanging on a wall where I can't readily get at them).
Chevrolet 283 V8, fresh valve job. Fresh rebuilt GM TH350 automatic transmission. Pontiac 10-bolt rear end. New power brake conversion: front disc-rear drum. Custom reverse-eye rear leaf springs. Mustang II front suspension with manual rack & pinion steering.
Does not appear to have any interior seats, door panel, etc. They may be found when going through the storage areas. Notes on the project say that there is a new single-piece windshield, but I have not found that either. I will update the ad if I find additional items.
