Debit Card. In person requires a photo ID for the card holder. Debit card payments by phone requires a photo ID and a signature authorization via fax to 502-352-2227.

Certified Check, Money Order upon pickup. Photo ID is required at time of delivery. Buyer will be responsible for all licensing requirements and fees, taxes, trip permits, etc in buyers state of residence. We have had an issue with a debit card showing up as a cash advance. We run all transactions as credit, and have no control over this. Buyers may want to contact their credit provider to insure that this will not occur with the card you may be using. We reserve the right to cancel this sale early. The customer can redeem the vehicle during the course of the sale. We may also cancel the sale if any legal issues arise. We shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.

Additional terms and conditions for ebay auction sales: Winning bidder must pay a 10% or $200 (whichever is greater) Non Refundable Deposit within 48 hours of winning bid- No exceptions. The balance is due within seven (7) days after auction closure. If the deposit is not received within the 48 hours of close of auction, or the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, or to sell it to the next highest bidder, or another qualified buyer. We will file a nonpaying bidder claim with ebay.

Vehicle must be removed within (10) calendar days from the end of auction or you will incur a $20 per day storage fee. At any time after the 10th day: whether the vehicle is paid for in full or there is just a deposit, we reserve the right to charge for, and or retain storage charges from the payments. We will also re-list the vehicle, or sell it to the next highest bidder, or any other qualified buyer.

Legal dispute: Choice of venue and law: Purchase and Seller agree that any disputes shall be resolved using Kentucky law, and that any suit must be brought by filing in Franklin County, Kentucky.

Typographical and factual errors: In the event that there are material errors on the description of the vehicle, buyer and seller may agree to complete the sale. if the buyer is unwilling to complete the sale due to a typographical or factual error buyer shall be titled to reimbursement for a maximum of $25.oo in out of pocket expenses. in the event that a sale is not concluded due to a typographical or factual error, seller may agree to release buyer out of ebay auction winner's obligation when buyer agrees to, and completes, the posting of positive or neutral feedback. Seller then will post positive or neutral feedback. In no event shall seller be responsible for any other expenses or damages of any kind, regardless of the nature of the error. As noted heriein, BUYERS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO EXAMINE VEHICLES BEFORE BIDDING. We will pursue non-paying bidders. Again, you must have an ebay rating of at least 10 or higher to bid.
