1968 Chevrolet Camaro LS3 Description

Schroeder Motors is proud to offer this Pro Touring 1968 Camaro with a LS3 & 6Speed Gear Box for sale.

The Exterior.

Well,...it looks like Marina Blue to me. The paint and body are extremely nice.....the doors open and close great...the body lines are nice....the brightwork is sparkling. The Glass is clear,..the lines are smooth...a nice car from any perspective.

The paint has deep,...clear reflections on all panels. The shine quality is high also. In the direct sunlight....this color washes out on some of the pictures....but pick the photo with the best reflection and know that the rest of the panels are the same. The color is uniform all around,...nothing goofy about this paint & body.

The only imperfection I can see is at the drivers side top of the door sill....some scratches from getting in,...I wonder if the last owner wore spurs? Either way,...you can't see them while standing,..but they're there....please notice the picture. Otherwise,...expect a very nice super high quality driver that will impress all who see it.

The Wheels are a great look,..it doesn't need tires....the Wilwood Brakes peer through the wheels to help this car look special,...even to those who don't know cars. It all comes together nicely,...even the spur scratches that you can't see:)

On any given day,..this Camaro would bring home some hardware at most regional shows....cause it's bad a$$ looking.

The Interior.

Super clean in here too. Everything is tailored very well. The seats are supportive,...the rugs are clean and full color,...the headliner is tight and nice. The painted lower dash is highly detailed,...the dash pad is crack free. I'd rate the inside like the outside,...extremely nice,...ready to show or go.

The Performance.

Well,...it's hard to fake Build Quality.....and this car WILL NOT let you down!

LS3's are rated at 430 Horse....376 Cubic Inches of Roaring Power.

I've driven a lot of "Re-Engineered" Muscle Cars,...this is THE Best.

It's Smooth & Taught While Cruising.

It's Tight & Precise in its Handling.

It's Fast.....Like 430 to 450 Horse Fast.

It's Extremely Confident & CompetentOn the Street.

Burn Outs - No Problem - Driving it Across Country - No Problem.

You couldlive in the Panama Canal area,....go ahead,...Fly Up and Drive it Home....it WILL Make it....Easy.

Mechanically....Superb.

The Floors & Trunk.

Excellent Sheet Metal,... A Professionally Built Car,..top to bottom,...stem to stern. Nothing goofy or mid-quality in this Build.

No Such Thing As A Perfect Car.

I have a couple of disclosures.

1. Speed-O Non- Op.

2. No Forced Air/Heat. There's a Compressor hung,..but not hooked up. This car would benefit from Classic or Vintage A/C for you in the South...Northern States no need.

Other than that,...the Sound System is Great,...it's powerful and offers rich sound at all levels.

It's Great Lookin'.

It's Very Fast.

Structurally Sound.

Polished Road Manners.

A 9 on the High Quality 10 Scale.
