1994 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe Description

This is a 1994 Corvette Coupe in great condition(see pics) with less than 69000 miles. Factory 300 HP/ 340 lbs Torque. This one also has a Factory performance axle (3.07) which makes this Corvette a little quicker than the base model standard axle ratio... The interior is in great shape will leather in very good condition as shown. AC (Climate Control) blows cold and is R134. Wheels are Z06 style 5 spokes with Firestone Firehawk Wide Ovals at about 60%. A common complaint about these Corvettes was that the brakes would fade after hard use. The solution to this was a brake upgrade known as J55. This included slotted cross drilled rotors, upgraded pads and larger calipers. The master cylinder was also replaced on this one. They are excellent and you will appreciate them. Everything works as it should and the car a great driver. Starts instantly and runs smoothly and strong. The transmission shifts perfectly and there are no drive train issues. There are no roof leaks but the weatherstripping is starting to deteriorate some. This is about a $200 fix when necessary. I would drive this car across the US tomorrow. Only problem I would have is that, at 60, it's starting to get harder for me to get in and out of this beautiful car....
The fluids have all been flushed and changed within the last 20K miles or less. This includes radiator, transmission, rear dif, power steering and brake fluid. Oil has been full synthetic since day one.
The following have been replaced or upgraded, also within the last 20K or less:
- Rotors, pads, calipers and master cylinder
- Power steering pump, rack and pinion gear and upgraded pressure hose
- New upgraded optispark unit(electronic distributor) with correct venting
- Water pump at same time as optispark
- Plugs and plug wires (with tune)
- Rear main seal
- Both oxygen sensors
- Z06 wheels
- FlowMasters Mufflers (not loud)
- K&N air filter
- Professional window tinting
- Battery in Feb 2015

Here is a little info on the C4 in general and 1994-1996 in particular:
ADDITIONAL LT1 C4 CORVETTE NOTES:
In 94 the LT1 switched to aMass Airflow Sensorand Sequential Port Injection. A new, more capable computer controlled the transmission as well as the engine and got a new name: powertrain control module (PCM). Where the 1993 and olderC4's had anECM which held its calibration information in a replaceable chip, the '94 and up PCM was reprogrammable through the diagnostic port. The transmission was also upgraded to an electronically controlled version. (L460E)
To my fellow C4 devotee's. The 1994 thru 1996 models are the best and obviously the most well thought out examples of thethirteen year C4 model run. They are also easier to get in and out of with the newer style seats.
In my opinion, next to the great looking 1965-72 models, these later LT1's run as strong as95% of the big blocks available in that era. These lateC4's are so much more affordable at the current time, mechanically more established than the 1999 and newer C5 models, andthese C4 Corvetteswill be getting the value recognition they deserve as time goes on, and the newer C7 pricing continues to go up.
