1954 Chevrolet Other Pickups Description

1954 Chevrolet 3100 5 Windows Pickup Truck. Truck is very complete and has excellent patina for shooting a clear coat cover. Floor is very solid in this truck and a great builder. It still has the original planks in the bed floor. At some point the previous owner converted it to an open drive shaft and installed a Ford 9 inch rear end. There is no drive shaft but the transmission was changed to a slip yoke drive shaft. Doors open and shut good and the windows roll up and down. The side glass have cracks and the driver side vent window is missing a small piece of glass. The front, back and corner windows are OK. It has a rebuiltcarburetor, installed a new fuel line from pump to carburetor, removed and cleaned fuel tank. The plugs, the spark plug wires, cap and rotor were replaced. Motor turns over and fires but do to low compression and it will not run. Tires are good and steers for easy loading. Has a cool grille guard that was hit at some point and the rest of the grill is in great condition. Title is ready. Really nice truck ready to be restored. Sold As Is.
