1987 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS Description

Up for sale is my show quality 1897 Monte Carlo SS Aerocoupe. This is 1 of 6050 ever produced in 1987 and 1988. It is 1 of 1750 that included t-tops. I bought this car from theoriginalowner two years ago. Car was always garage kept its entire lif, the owner only only put 103,000 original miles on it since 1987. While inpossessionof previous owner a old lady turned into him and bent frame at the lower control arm. I purchased this car with theexistingdamage only because of its original mint condition and garage kept history. I removed body from damaged frame and replaced with a good frame from a 1987 donor SS . Replaced all body bushings and bolts, completely refinishedentireundercarriage with Por-15 paint. Ihave all original documents and servicerecordssince purchased, as you can see in the pictures.
Original owner also had the transmissionrebuiltwith a mild shift kit at 102,000 miles. All new tires,full tune up and oil change just performed. This car is show quality and ready to enjoy. Runs and drives like new. I had full intentions ofkeepingthis for a long time and invested a lot of time and $$$$ into this SS. I am only selling because I want to retire and need my garage space.
