1967 Chevrolet Nova Coupe Description
I bought this 1967 Chevy Nova back in 1984
In 1986 I bought GM NOS front fenders and full rear quartes that are presently on the car
This car will need a complete body restoration but is ALL METAL (quarters will need to be pulled off and hung properly)
There is some minor rot in rear wheel wells, flooring, and a pillars
I have the full trunk and complete floor panels for the car but never installed them
Has a brand new aftermarket hood
Door and trunk are original (one door has some rust on lower section)
Has a 383 Stroker SBC with Chevy Angle Plug Turbo Heads, big solid roller lifter cam, stud girdle and roller rockers, high rise single plan intake with 800 cfm Holley Double Pumper carb that was just rebuilt (estimated at 500+HP, Motor was balanced and blue printed back in the 80's and has less than 200 miles sinse then)
2 Speed powerglide with manuel reverse valve body and Hurst Quarter Stick shifter that was proffesionaly built by Bob Purscell (has heavy duty shafts and is rated at 700HP)
Has a GM 10 bolt posi with 4.64 gears with new ring and pinion and clutches and has heavy duty multi leafed spings in the rear
4 wheel drum brakes with new shoes in the rear and brake lines in the front
All new ball joint and tie rods (put in years ago)
Has subframe connectors and ladder bars welded in
I would recomend a tear down and full rebuild of this vehicle but it is a very nice start
Car was hardly driven and has been garage kept for years (condition speaks for itself)
Have original bumpers, grill, headlights, misc interior pieces, bucket seats with no tears, glass and much more
Have new carpet and door panels and Muscle Car Auto Meter gauges ($1,300 alone)
