2000 Chevrolet S-10 Description

This is a great work truck for around your property. This truck starts every time after sitting for weeks in the cold. I have used it primarily around the property to plow my driveway. I have a large driveway, almost 3,000 feet in length.
Truck has 176,000 miles on the "body", but the engine and transmission have about 51,000 miles. Both the engine and transmission are Jasper replacements from the previous owner.
I have owned the truck for a little over 2 years. I ended up buying a newer Ram truck since I decided I am going to do commercial plowing.
The truck has 4WD and it works great. It has a button for pushing between 2WD and 4WD. When you push the button in for 4WD it goes into 4WD very easily. Once you are done with the 4WD and you press the 2WD button, you have to press it multiple times before it switches over...not sure if that is a sign of the button going bad or not, but after pushing it like 10 or 15 times....it goes right back into 2WD...so I have not worried about it.
The truck has the 3rd door on the driver side, opens up to allow for more space.
Has nice warm heat for the winter. It does have A/C, but I don't know if it works or not as I have not tried it yet.
Truck was inspected up to May 2016.
I was going to get it PA inspected, but it needed the following: needs a muffler, rear leaf spring needs replaced (cracked?, but I don't see where, as it is not noticeable). Needs a brake line leak repaired, has a leak somewhere, I have not been able to figure it out yet). I am no mechanic, so didn't want to spend the money since all I use the truck for is plowing the driveway). Some head light bulbs.
Truck has rust areas (see pictures), but easily fixed. No frame damage.
The plow is a Western Suburbanite 7' 4" size plow. The plow is less than 3 years old at this time, and basically looks as new as the brand new one I purchased for my other truck. New these plows will cost you $4,800 installed. I figure the plow alone is worth $2,500 and the truck depending on KBB or NADA pricing you will see pricing ranging from $2,000 to $4,500. The plow works well, goes up and down, left and right, really impressive plow. It weighs about 280lbs, so not overly heavy for the front end. Could easily be removed and sold by itself if you didn't want the plow.
I have a fair price shown for truck and the plow....so get it now so you can stop all that manual snow shoveling or using the snow blower. Sitting in a warm truck is the best...way better than battling the elements.
You must arrange shipping. I will not let the truck go until full payment. Local pickup would be preferred.
