1996 Chevrolet Tracker LSI Description

I had this converted for off road use by a professional mechanic, while maintaining legal road use. The reason was that my cabin in a State Forest is on a road that the DNR would not allow atv's. They have since changed the law and I now longer need my Tracker to get Firewood.
A Full Skid Plate has been added to the underside. It goes from front of vehicle all the way to rear. A Quick Release Winch mount attaches to Front Reciever or Rear Reciever. Also a Trailer hitch that goes into receivers as well. There are Quick Release Electrical Connections on Front and Rear Bumper for Winch. An extra battery has been added to cargo area for more power for the winch. This vehicle fires right up in -30 degree weather.
A 2" Lift has been added to allow oversize Hancook off road tires that have over 3/4 tread left.
A Front full Steel Brush Guard will protect your lights and grill. I purchased this vehicle in 2010 with 49,000 miles and had the modifications professionally done. I have put 1,500 miles per year on it and store it in a shed. Mobile One Synthetic Oil Changed each Spring. CLEAN, CLEAN Motor. It has never been beat on and will go almost anywhere with small wheel base and large tires. Very easy to slip through trees in the forest. 58.000 original miles on desirable Japanese 1996 version as apposed to Canadian model. This Vehicle has had two owners. The first was a woman that was a sheriffs dispatcher and used it strictly for getting to work only in bad winter weather in Minnesota. I am the second. I use it 1,000 miles per year for firewood acquisition and ice fishing. Oil changed with Mobile 1 synthetic each spring. Stored inside. This was the last year that has a full frame that the skid plate and steel brush guard are welded to.
