Details and Condition:

A. This has been my daughter’s car, but her fiancé just bought her a brand new one!! This has no interior odor, and I have the clear Texas Title in hand. The car has no hail damage, no rust, no salt damage, no flood, and 167,000 miles.

B. The car has no rips, no tears, no burn holes, no odors, no windshield cracks or pits, four brand new Michelin tires, and a very good battery. The paint is in very good condition and the leather seats are good with a clean headliner also.

C. I have maintained the car with full synthetic motor oil and Lucas Injector Cleaner. Both of the headlights are new because the plastic was hazy, so I replaced both. One of the folding mirrors quit folding so I replaced both. The car has four New Michelin Tires, and two remotes and keys.

Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state in which the vehicle will be registered. All other title responsibilities are Buyers.

Shipping & Delivery: All shipping charges and or arrangements are buyer’s responsibility. Seller will not help with shipping arrangements and will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!

Finalizing your Purchase: Seller will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Seller by e-mail or phone (972-342-5552) within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your ability to buy, or the DEPOSIT is not completed within 24 hours after end of auction, Seller reserves the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other buyer. In order to secure the right to purchase the vehicle, successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of $500.00 by cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person or bank certified funds to Seller. Title will be delivered when seller has received all funds acceptable to Seller in his sole discretion. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller with full payment having been received by Seller.
