2010 Chevrolet Malibu LS Sedan 4-Door Description

Hi All -
I am selling this car for my father-in-law. It is a well maintained vehicle and it comes with a Clean Title. It was bought originallyfrom Woodworth Chevrolet in Andover, Massachusetts in 2010. It was a lease vehicle.It had about 22,000 miles on it. Now it has 96K miles on it.I in Massachusetts.
Minor issues I have noticed:
1. The driver-side seat belt sensor occasionally will not pick up when you are buckled in - which will trigger the flashing red alert (which goes off after a few minutes of driving). W-D 40 helps to lessen the frequency.
2. The Key Fob works but you have to press down hard on the unlock button. All the other buttons work fine.
Otherwise:
The exterior is clean and in good condition. The engine is functioning properly and has no issues. The interior is clean and in good condition. I welcome any mechanic to take a look at it. It has never been in an accident.
96K Miles. I am asking around $4998 or best offer.
