2007 Chevrolet Suburban LS Description

All the typical bells and whistles in a high end model suburban.
Here are the things that are not working/have issues.
-one trim piece missing on passenger side, other piece is bent a little on the end, never got around to ordering another one
-liftgate is stuck closed. It never worked in the auto function, but I think the issue now is just the latching mechanism needs to be replaced.
-Small oil leak (large one in valley cover was fixed a few months ago, but they missed this one and I haven't had time or money to get it fixed)
-broken side mirror (just glass needs to be replaced)
-auto fold in mirrors don't work--I have replaced the plastic gears on each side, and have tweaked them a couple of times, they just need to be taken apart again and tweaked some more.
-will need a front end alignment and new tires soon
-Check engine light came on, but it's just an O2 sensor. I posted a picture of the report from getting the code read. It turned off a couple days later, but if it comes on again, I'll make sure its the same code and if not, update it on here.
It's a 10 year old vehicle and is showing its age with some of these issues. Nothing that can't be fixed, just want to be upfront.

EDIT: I noticed on the "vehicle check" on the ad that it came back with a possible lien on the vehicle. It does NOT have a lien...we paid cash for it two years ago and it has a clear title, which I can show you upon request. I'm thinking maybe this is just stuck on this report from a previous owner?
