2004 Chevrolet Suburban LS Plus AWD Description

Thanks for taking a look at our 2004 Chevy Suburban. This truck has been very good to our family over the years and we have taken excellent care of it. It runs like it did when it was new. It has brand new tires on it, new brakes, new rotors, and is in excellent shape overall. There are a few minor dings near the rear bumpers, all which could be removed without paintwork. The bumpers and wheels are black but can be taken back to factory finish if you prefer. The roof rack is removed, but we have it and it comes with the truck to the buyer. Most Suburban LS's are sparsely equipped. This one has leather seats, Bose stere, power drivers seat and rear air conditioning. We have never used the vehicle to tow any heavy trailers, and have just decided to make the leap into the minivan realm so we no longer need this vehicle. It seats 8 comfortably and is certainly good for another 100k miles.

Here is the Good and the Bad:

Good:

  • Engine and Transmission are 100%.
  • The Suburban Tracks Straight and drives impeccably
  • New Brakes and Rotors
  • Brand New BF Goodrich Tires
  • Leather Seats and Carpets are in nice condition for the miles
  • No odors
  • Leather Seats (Not many LS models have this)
  • Bose Stereo (Still sounds great)
  • Rear Air Conditioning with rear controls

Bad:

  • TPM Light- When I had new tires put on, they broke a Pressure Sensor, I elected to use a rubber valve instead of buying a new TPM sensor.
  • ABS Light- The antilock Brake light is illuminated. It could either be a wheel speed sensor or something else. It is recent and I did not have it diagnosed or repaired. It brakes beautifully and I hate ABS. (Child of the 80's)
  • No spare tire
  • Small crack in left tail light
  • Fog Lights removed. (one was cracked and they have to be removed or replaced for inspection.
