2014 Chevrolet Spark Description

I LOVE this car but my husband and I are expecting our first child and need something a little bigger. GO GREEN with this perfect starter or commuter car, the gas mileage is amazing. With a small tank, I am spending less than $30 a month! This car is in practically new condition. There is no body damage, no interior damage, it has never been in an accident or even on any long trips. The tires still have plenty of miles until they need to be replaced and I really hate to see it go!
We purchased this car in the fall of 2014 and it has just over 14k miles on it. We don't smoke and the car is up to date on maintenance (fully serviced this week) it is clean and ready to go. There are also parts of the 3-year warranty that are still active and don't expire until 2017. I have all of the original docs from the dealership and we have all the necessary ownership paperwork.
*Disclaimer regarding Title...title has a 'buyback' clause from the original purchaser. I have all the paperwork regarding the issue from the dealership. The check oil light was on and it was returned with 303 miles on it. That was it! The issue has been cleared (paperwork shows it just needed a manual reset) and we haven't had a single issue since. Again, I can provide all that paperwork.
