Here is a beautiful 1996 C4 Corvette with 69k original miles. The car runs and drives excellent and has a brand new convertible top. This is a California car with no corrosion and no oil leaks to worry about, just get in and drive! The paint has allot of eyeball and the car all around shows it was a loved car. Overall I would say its about an 8 to 8.5 out of 10 with confidence. It has a few small scuffs and rock nics from normal use, but no body damage or anything screaming out for attention. See video for a detailed condition report rundown! Convertible top looks to have been just replaced and is in new condition. Rear window is glass with defrost option! Original chrome wheels look excellent and Nitto Extreme tires are in excellent shape. Headlights go up and down with no problems and glass all around looks excellent The interior looks good overall. Seats are both original and have no rips or tears. Both power seat functions work good. Carpeting is in excellent shape and comes with factory floor mats which look to be original to the car. Dash is in excellent shape, all plastic switches and buttons look very good. Center console shows minor superficial scratch wear and tear from normal use on a 21 year old car. Vinyl armrest has shrunken up a bit and pulling away from sides but no rips or tears in material. Original stereo is not turning on an probably could use a service. AC blows cold and heater warm. This was a non smoker car and has no odd smells. Headliner is in good shape and holding up, looks to have been redone when new top put in. Mechanically the car is in very good shape. I personally drive this car over 100 miles on the freeway last week with Zero issues. Since then I have had it inspected by my mechanic for any other issues and he said the car is in very good shape mechanically (which I already knew). Brakes are about 70% all around. Tires are Nitto Extreme and are about 85% up front and at least 60% in the rear. Engine runs excellent and has no oil leaks to worry about. Transmission shifts smooth and shifts on point. The car steers well and drives straight on the freeway. I would feel confident to drive it anywhere. At one point a few years back, this car had been reported stolen and this shows in the Carfax (not shown on Autocheck). This is a clean title car so most likely it was retruned in same condition it was taken in.
