1955 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Nomad Description

You are viewing a Real Deal 1960s era 55 Chevy Nomad Gasser. This car was supposedly built in Rhode Island in the mid 1960s. Car has a straight axle up front with a fiber glass tilt nose and ladder bars on the rear. Also has a 4 point roll cage installed in the car and a really cool aluminum rear cargo floor. The steel floor is under the aluminum floor. The glass nose has some cracks up by the grill opening. The car does need metal work as expected and seen in the pictures. Roof is solid and all glass is good except drivers door glass. The main rust issues are both quarter panels both doors and floors. Has most interior garnish mouldings but needs both back lower mouldings and liftgate hinge cover. Please look at pictures and ask questions first not after you win the auction.
No engine or transmission no seats. Also the Cragars are not included and go to my other Nomad wagon. Roller wheels will be installed.
Car is sold with a Ohio bill of sale NO TITLEThanks Donald

I have added a couple new pictures. I just bought a nice rust free steel nose for the car. Both front fenders are nos and come off a nice driver 55 Nomad that is getting restored. Fenders are mint and comes with rust free core support and inner wheel wells. The frame on the car is solid with no rust issues. Also has a stock 55 rear end with 5:38 gears posi unit. Center Section is not installed but is included. Note about front end. You get the steel nose or tilt glass nose NOT BOTH...Car has both Vin number and body tag in place. Original Regal Turquoise Color car. V8 automatic when new. This car set in a chicken barn since 1973. Nomad looks rustier then it really is.. Car is a great builder..
If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. This is a 1 week auction.. if the car doesn't sell this week it will not be for sale again.. Also if the car doesn't sell this week the frame and tilt glass nose will be for sale..
