1964 Chevrolet Corvette Description

Frame off, nut and bolt restoration. Meticulously maintained 1964 Corvette coupe. Rare Factory 3-speed and a 327/300hp. Rust free car. It went through a full restoration about 10 years. Literally Everything was Restored. All correct Tins, Trim, and Even the Ties used for the wire harness. Paint marks etc. returned to factory. That is why the 3-speed remains. Yes, a 4-speed is an easy swap, but these are so rare it was left alone. Gears were inspected, new synchronizers and a full rebuild. Engine was complete rebuild, Rear-end, Every bushing, ball joint, Rear spring pack, shocks, U-Joints, Rear axles, drive shaft. Everything is new or reconditioned. Headlights and everything working. By all standards the car is in excellent condition, paint is gorgeous, interior, and original tinted glass. The car is highly detailed with a very clean undercarriage. All cables new as well. Fiberglass was cleaned and looks perfect under car. All instruments, gauges, lights and AM/FM radio work, even the clock. Clock and Tachometer were sent away for reconditioning. The engine is strong and the car drives great. Wheels and tires have maybe 500 miles and are new last year. Uniroyal TigerPaws. Tail lights, brakes, hoses, weather-strip, distributor and wires, and battery, fuel lines, tank, sending unit all new. Exhaust system is Full Stainless Allen’s chambered from the Manifolds. Manifolds are the high horsepower larger diameter 2.5”. So it sounds like a side-pipe car. Tips are full 2.5” through bumper so it doesn’t look small like most systems. Recent full service and tune-up from professional shop. Timing, oil, carb…etc. Not original is the Rear, or engine block. Rear is the desirable “Big Block Rear” with the bolted caps. Block is from 1965 Corvette. Speedo is off, so the rear must be shorter than stock. I have the old stock exhaust, it’s in great shape. Just some surface rust if the buyer wants it. Speedo reads 45,000. I didn’t see it before the Restoration, so I can’t say original milage or not. Clean and Clear PA title in my name. I have the Original Hub caps if the buyer wants to bring roller wheels. I would give a small credit and the hubcaps, But I keep the American Racing Torq Thrust Wheels. These are the Factory correct Colors. Both the Interior black and Exterior Silver are Correct. A few small paint issues from enjoyment. Reserve the right to cancel auction until Reserve is met.

Forgot to note it is a Power Steering car rebuilt in 2015 due to a leak. The proportioning valve, cylinder...etc. All correct parts. Works perfect. Then a 4 wheel alignment was done. I tried to add some more pictures, but I met Ebay Limit. It has all of the Spark Plug covers, correct fuel filter, Stock (restored) air cleaner..etc. The hood latches and doors were all disassembled and cleaned. Parking brake and cables. Steering box was rebuilt and greased. Just some more that I forgot in the original text. Really no detail was forgot. The wheels give it a little custom look, but it is a very correct restoration. Lowered the Reserve down to show I really do want to sell the car. I'm not a Dealer, its my personal car. Trying to pay off some debt. Right now its a bargain price, and my loss your gain.
