2001 Chevrolet Suburban LT Description

What makes this particular Suburban so special and difficult to find?? How about this combo:2500, LT, 8.1, 4x4, Second Row Bucket seats, Leather Seats, Sunroof, Barn doors, Locking rear differential, Off-Road skid plate package, low miles and excellent condition!! And it is White!!If you are a car guy/gal, you know the difficulty finding this equipment all on one Suburban- as it cost over $46k back in '01!! And to find one in such good condition is awesome!!
Recent maintenance:-new brakes-brake controller (but nothing towed, and factory plug in harness utilized)-new Bilstein shocks-cooling system flushed-oil and filter just changed-new fuel filter
In the past year:-new tires-front end alignment-spark plugs and air filter-battery-bulbs refreshed/replaced where needed
Issues:-various spots of typical GM clear coat wearing through- mostly behind door handles, etc-Also of note, the front bumper has been trimmed, and LED fog lights added.-Overall, the condition is way above normal!! Also, no lights or warnings illuminated on dash.
