2012 Chevrolet Express Quigley 4x4 15 passenger Van Description

This is a 2012 Chevy Express 3500 12/15 passenger van with G80 locking rear differential.Currently has seating for 12 people but brackets are present to add the 5th row seat.

Vortec 6.0L engine and 6L90E transmission.
We brought this van from Alaska. This vehicle is one of many projects I currently have on the backburner waiting for the available time slot, so I figured why not sell?
Van has power locks, manual mirrors and manual front windows. Comes on studded winter tires. Factory 10,000 lbs trailer hitch. The van was in an accident and has frame damage. Frame is bent up to the 2nd body mount, which is approximately where the front edge of the front passenger door is.
Front passenger side door front pillar has moved about 1/2" backwards. The door still latches on the lock with increased effort. There's a crease in the roof. Windshield and rear passenger side glass are shattered.
We removed/cut the damaged/bent parts - bumper, hood, fender, core support, etc. We also replaced both front air bags that went off and the SRS module.
This van looks rebuildable if the body is taken off and the frame is pulled on a frame machine. Alternatively, this will be a good donor project for Quigley parts and components or to make your own 4x4 conversion.
Van comes with the following good used body parts: white hood, fender, core support, front bumper, radiator, grille, headlights, fan shroud, coolant tank, air cleaner box, windshield wipers cowling.
The engine currently will not start because the starter was hit by the RH engine mount at the moment of the impact. The starter clicks but is stuck. The engine itself spins fine if torque applied to the balancer bolt. We visually checked the drivetrain and it appears undamaged, and the components are not cracked. We believe that once the starter is replaced, the engine should start immediately.
Vehicle comes with an Alaska Bill of Sale (Alaska does not have salvage titles. All AK salvage vehicles come with bill of sale). It is equivalent to a regular salvage title, which means you will need to pass the inspections required in your state to register it as a "Rebuilt title" vehicle.
The van can be seen in Oceanside CA. Local pick-up preferred or I will assist your shipper.
I might part out but I prefer to sell complete.
