The 1987 Chevrolet Corvette was the 4th generation introduced in 1984 known for its sleek body and sharp lines. The 1987 model year saw a slight increase in both torque and horsepower. The 4th generation improvements can be seen in handling braking weight reduction through an all-independent light-weight suspension. Virtually everything about this car is original.
