2010 is the last year Chevy made the 6.0 without variable displacement. This motor will last a very long time because of this. Variable displacement (AFM/DOD) is prone to many problems such as sludge buildup and oil consumption issues.
Motor/Truck has 270K miles but burns no oil between 5000 mile oil changes.
Transmission was rebuilt at around 220,000 miles.
All maintenance has been done at the recommended intervals. The tranny, t-case, front/rear diff, oil, coolant fluids have been changed at recommended intervals.
I am the second owner and bought the truck a couple years ago with around 200K miles. The previous owner was a pump company that kept the truck's maintenance up to date.
Truck has a dent on the rear tail-gate and a small tear on the back seat...
**Everything works on the truck**
Truck has a built in brake controller that works good. I put in CURT 5th wheel rails which were used exactly one time to put my 5th wheel in the barn. I now have a 2015 RAM 3500 Dually to haul/move the 5th wheel around. The Silverado could haul the 5th wheel easily but I wanted a Dually....
Windshield is brand new. Tires are 75% or so.
