This is a good driver quality car, not a showcar. Has had some poor body work, rear wheel openings are slightly flared for larger tires and paint is OK but not great. Thecar is currently in its "performance"configuration and that's what most of the photos show. It does NOT come with full exhaust or alloy wheels as shown in some of the pics.
Odometer reading is believed to be correct.
*Originally a factory air car but that was all removed although I do have some AC parts.
Body build date 11B matches engine block (3916321) cast date K 15 7 but the pad stamp was decked off long ago.
I have no support documentation on this car- no build sheet, dealer invoice, etc.
Zero miles, break-in time only on fresh 427 (.030 over) engine. 10.1 CR engine has heavily ported "390" oval port heads, forged steel crank, Eagle rods, new hyd. Lunati cam & lifters, roller rockers, coated headers, Holley intake & custom 950 CFM carb, MSD 6AL ignition, aluminum water pump, electric fuel pump, etc. I do have the stock intake, carb, exhaust, ignition, etc. if you want to give the engine bay afactory look.
12 bolt Posi is 4:10 ratio
TH 400 trans has shift kit and TCI 3500 stall converter.
Interior is very good but after 50 years drivers seat is becoming unstitched.
I use the car primarily for cruise nights and 1/4 mile bracket racing. Very competitivein its class.
Nothing wrong with this car, it's just time for me to move on to something else.
