1998 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible Description

1998 Corvette convertible with the very desirable triple black color combination. I have owned over 20 Corvettes and this one has been one of my favorites by far because it is gorgeous and is an incredible car to drive on a daily basis.
It has the LS1 engine 350hp, 4L60E automatic transmission with overdrive, dual power sport seats, tinted windows and an upgraded Kenwood touchscreen head unit with Rockford Fosgate amp and built in 12 inch sub-woofer in the trunk. In addition, it has a K&N cold air induction with Granatelli mass air flow sensor.
Other upgrades include new OEM chrome ZO6 wheels, BF Goodrich tires, ZO6 rear brake cooling ducts fully functional and ZO6 red brake calipers, drilled and slotted brake rotors and new ceramic brake pads. The exterior paint has been buffed and polished to a mirror finish. The exhaust has a custom center mount muffler and polished stainless steel 3.5 inch dual exhaust tips (sounds great!).
Recent maintenance includes all new fluids (Mobil 1 Synthetic), transmission filter and fluid, rear differential gear oil, and new automatic shift cable. Also recently replaced the intake manifold and valve cover gaskets, spark plugs, plug wires, serpentine belt, idler pulley, oil pressure sending unit and front & rear shocks. In addition, has custom rear lip spoiler on top of rear bumper.
This Corvette performs very well from a handling, braking, steering and acceleration standpoint. It is turn-key and ready to go for the next owner. It has been driven approximately 6K miles a year on a regular and consistent basis and in my opinion those are the most reliable Corvettes on the road.
