This beautiful 2005 Chevrolet C6 Corvette Sport Coupe is about as well-equipped as you could ask for with the 1SB premium option package AND the Z51 Performance Handling package along with the rare 6-speed manual transmission!
The car is stock except for the addition of a MAGNAFLOW performance exhaust with quad tips that sounds great without being too loud on the passengers OR your neighbors.
The 67U Machine Silver Metallic finish on the car is shimmery, slick and clean, and looks amazing from every angle save for a few minor marks like a stone chip, light scuff, tiny scratch, or other minuscule blemish. I have highlighted the three (3) marks you can clearly see with your naked eye in the 100 photos and video supplied in the listing.
I have seen new cars on a dealer lot with more marks than this car, but I want to point them out rather than the typical dealer approach of saying it is perfect, so I can continue my history of 100% satisfied customers!
All of the glass is fault free, clean, and the side windows and back window are treated to a professionally applied, Florida legal tint.
HID headlights are fog and damage free, and work perfectly, as do the fog lamps underneath them.
Side mirrors work perfectly, and are in clean and issue free condition.
The removable body-colored TARGA roof panel is in exceptional condition, and removes from the car with ease. It appears to have been kept on the car the majority of its life, as the seals and latching mechanism are still factory fresh and tight when compared to other cars where the tops were removed most of the time. There are NO issues with water seepage, leaking, or intrusion with the top, or window seals on the car.
Factory deluxe high-polish forged wheels on the car are in very good condition, with only two of the rims showing light curb damage/marks, but NO structural or function issues of any kind.
Tires are recent additions, with approximately 1,000 miles on them, and they are HANKOOK Ventus V12 EVO2 size 245/40ZR18 up front, and 285/35ZR19 in the rear.
The rear under panel on the car is clean and neat, and still shines in vivd black. All of the tail lamps and other rear lights are in excellent condition and work like they should.
All emblems and badging on the car are in excellent condition.
The quad polished tips of the MAGNAFLOW performance exhaust peek out from the back, and the car sounds great, as you can hear in the provided video.
Underside of the car is clean and bare, with no sprays or coatings shot on to hide things. Just plain, bare metal the way it left the factory.
Slotted and crossed drilled brake rotors at all four corners are part of the Z51 package, and they not only look great, but they STOP great, pulling the car down from spin without any wander, chatter, pulling, or excess fade.
Under the hood, the stock LS2 6.0L motor provides 400hp at 6000rpm and a nice, meaty powerband that is fully responsive to throttle input at any speed, and in any gear. This is a FUN car to drive, and you’ll find yourself shifting every chance you get just to wind out each gear and hear that exhaust rumble!
The engine bay is ridiculously clean, and shows the level of care and cleaning the car has had since new just like the interior and exterior do.
Look at the photos of the engine bay, and you would think you were checking out a 1 year old car.
This vehicle has been so carefully cleaned and taken care of since new, that even the inside of the door jambs could pass a white glove test! It is just amazing!
All mechanical items on the car have been safety checked and inspected and are working as they should be without any issues.
The 6-speed manual transmission shifts tightly through each gear up or down, and has a crisp take-up on the clutch with positive engagement from the factory shift arm in the cabin.
The car starts, idles, and runs as it should, with no known issues or items to address.
It drives, runs, handles, and stops EXACTLY like you would want it to, and has NO known performance or handling issues to address.
The interior of the car is in remarkable condition as well.
The 923 code LIGHT GRAY leather seats are in very good condition with only the driver side showing the lightest signs of correct aging you would expect of a high grade leather, and no damage, rips, seam pulls, stains, or marks.
Door panels, kick panels, rear trim panels, and dash are all crack, damage, scuff, scrape, and issue free.
All buttons and switchgear on the car are in exceptional condition and work as they should, but the 2nd button down on the right side has a worn logo on it. Still works perfectly.
All A/C vents work like they should. A/C blows cold, and the heat blows hot.
Digital control panel has adjustments for driver and passenger side temp controls, fan speed, automatic setting, and manual location switches.
Navigation system is factory GM, and works as it should without issue.
Stereo system works without issue, and has AM/FM/XM SAT functionality and an in-dash CD changer too.
Buttons for heated driver and passenger seats look and work perfectly.
Storage cubby pops open to reveal a 12V outlet.
Center console house a functional sliding lid that opens to reveal dual cup holders, a clean leather shift boot around the factory shift knob that still looks fantastic, and has the shift pattern on it, and the TRACK MODE button used to defeat some of the driver assist programs on the car.
Padded console lid is clean and neat, and lifts to reveal a storage area underneath.
Glovebox opens as it should, and holds the original owner manual and assorted other GM propaganda that comes with the car.
Steering wheel is clean and damage free, and looks and feels great.
Heads Up Display (HUD) and its associated controls all work as they should, and the display is fully adjustable and clearly visible as shown in the photos.
Inside hood release, fuel door release, and hatch release all work as they should.
Carpeting throughout the car is in exceptional condition, and shows to be issue free. The original CORVETTE floor mats are in good condition, but do have light marks from protecting the carpet since new.
Both seats are fully power adjustable, and have heated functionality too.
Door sills are clean and damage free.
All buttons for opening the doors from the inside and opening the windows are in great condition and work as they should.
Rear cargo curtain is in great condition, and hides your shopping trip items from prying eyes.
Rear panel cargo net gives a place to put grocery bags or small items to keep them from rolling around the back of the car.
All interior lights, cubbies, panels, and the driver and passenger seat belt systems are in excellent shape and work like they should.
All seals and weather stripping on the car are in excellent condition.
The car comes to you with a clean and clear ACTUAL MILEAGE Florida title, all of the books and manuals shown in the photos, two emergency access keys, and two key FOB units which both work.
