Up for sale is a 1966 Chevy C10 Short bed fleetside. The truck is in good condition both on the interior and exterior. The truck as been lowered with 2.5" lowering coils on the front and 3" drop coils in the rear. The truck has new shocks along with new tires installed 400 miles ago. The tires are: Goodyear Wrangler RT/S P235/75R15. New rubber mounts have been installed and cab mounts are in good shape. New brakes where installed in January along with new brake lines. The transmission has been rebuilt and still carries a 2 year transferable warranty. I have all paper work for the new owner. The transmission is a Saginaw 4 speed in the floor with a Hurst Shifter. A new clutch was installed by the previous owner prior to me buying. The motor is a 327 with new wires, Summit Air Cleaner, and Oil Change. The motor runs strong and has been a daily driver since 2015. Please Note: The motor is using and burning oil. I have taken this truck on long weekend drives with no mechanical issues. The glass and front windshield is in great condition could eventually use new rubber in several places. The seat has been redone with tan leather at a cost of $850.00 The interior also has new black floor carpet, steering wheel is in great condition and all gauges are original and work. The fuel tank has been replaced and still is located behind the truck seat. The exterior body is rust free and the paint job is in decent shape. Look at the pictures to see the condition and any imperfections. You will not find a truck on the underside in this great of condition. These trucks are a rare find in this type of condition. The rocker panels have been replaced, floors pans are good, and cab corners are good as well. If you have any questions please refer to the pictures and. Feel free to contact me regarding and questions about this sweet ass ride. This trucks turns heads and will be a topic of conversation where you drive it.
The bad: The wood bed needs replaced eventually but is still safe and strong. The front brakes are still setup as drum brakes. I would probably convert to disc brakes in the future. Some minor defects and chips in the paint. Not perfect!! The horn dose not work! The motor is using and burning oil.
