1992 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Description

You're bidding on a well maintained Silverado. Transmission suddenly gave out in fall, I have not gotten it fixed because I don't necessarily need the truck anymore.Did not shift outof 1st, reverse still going, sitting in 4WD now.I'm 3rd owner, the previous owner is a mechanic/car dealer (car fax shows transfers between his sales lots and him personally)took care of it very well. Truck has many new parts (receipts available, see list below), including new distributor cap, module, gas pump that were put in 2 wks prior to tranni quitting. The engine starts right up, powerful as ever, holding oil pressure just fine. I had the truck for 4 yrs., driven only 28,000 miles, as daily driver. No leaks, doesn't use oil. Both front tires are new, one rear tire could use replacement some time, but still plenty of thread (see pics.), an extra used tire comes with it. Truck has gooseneck hitch in bed plus hitch receiver in back. AC/heat etc. all works well. Pioneer after market CD player. Dash is cracked, otherwise interior is still in great shape, no tears in seat, very little rust considering it's a Chevy. Pictures show the only rusty areas. No paint chipping off, coat not peeling.Replaced parts at shop, not do it yourself:Fuel pump, relay switch 7/16Distributor cap, rotor button, dist. control mod. fuse 6/162 tires 4/16Power steering hose 9/15Brake hose, master cylinder, rear shoes, rear cylinder, bleed brakes 1/15Battery 8/14Serpentine Belt 8/14Starter 11/13Alternator 11/13A/C compressor 9/13Thermostat, gasket, flasher, head gasket set, water fitting 2012/13I have the truck for sale locally too, so I might have to take the listing off, if a local buyer gets it. I would ask for a deposit of $500 etc. within 24 hours, considering it a "good faith" payment.
