We looked all over for a standard cab that had a 5.3, didn't have a million miles and was well optioned. Not all that easy to find in reality. We came across this 2008 a couple of years back. It was a nicely optioned truck with a 5.3,Automatic,Cruise,Tilt,CD, Onstar,Power Windows,Locks,Keyless Entry and Cold A/C. It had been lightly damaged but ran and drove as purchased. Some sheet metal replacement was required. The A/C condenser, Radiator and Fans are ALL original and were untouched. Nothing mechanical was touched AT ALL. One fender, the hood, front bumper assembly and grille were replaced. The needed sheet metal was replaced with GM parts not aftermarket. Since I needed a hood anyway we used a factory 2011 HD hood and matching grille, it looks great but it certainly was not cheap. The body is nice overall, It does have a few dings in the bedsides that could be removed by a good PDR guy, they just never bothered me enough to worry about them. The interior is nice. Cold A/C. Tilt Wheel, Cruise. The jump seat has a couple of flaws in the lower cover that i forget about 99.5% of the time because the seat is always folded. I do have a set of factory take off seat covers I bought from a 2013 I will include. No warning lights on of any kind. The truck has had it's brake,light,smog and VIN inspection done and it is titled in CA. Nothing looks better than a standard cab in my opinion. I like the truck and I'd like to keep it but It is definitely not going to work out with a baby seat in it. Take a look at all of my pictures.
