TIRES AND WHEEL FOR OVER $3500. OVER HEAD TV NOT WORKING.

when I pulled car fax report I noticed that they stated the mileage 130K on 2013 and is shows 26,675on 2014 on car fax. I have the title stated 26675 as Exempt because is over 10 years I also have a receiptstated that this car sold with actual mileage from the auction. just try to clarify.
