1962 Chevrolet Bel air frame off restoration preformed by the 2nd owner. This car had 32,000 documented original miles and has accumulated less than 1000 since the completed project. The body was stripped of its factory 2 Tone paint and repainted the original twilight blue/white. The entire frame and all components related were powder coated, then replacement bushings with all original GM hardware used. All anodized aluminum trim is original to the car from factory but was stripped and re-anodized, as well all stainless is polished. Original factory one piece bumpers purchased rechromed and installed for a cleaner look. The entire interior is FACTORY original except for the carpet. The Sun Tach is complete and works. The engine a 509 cubic inch big block with correct 2x4 AFB is dressed to appear as a factory installed motor, a super T 10 4 speed and 3:70 posi. The exhaust system is a one off custom tube header and completely ceramic coated 3" exhaust system that exits in the factory location. The car on its only debut, at Canada's largest car show, won many awards . The car is factory correct in every way including original radio delete, heated delete, 6 way power seat, original spare and jack. Many more details and restoration photos available on request. This is a very high caliber restoration on a 32,000 mile original car that was ordered with no options except a power seat. Obviously the drivetrain is not original but it was built to look as if GM built it. I doubt there is one finer for less money. I am a 1961-62 Chevy collector and have several 409 and non 409 Bubbletops for sale as well. Any questions don't hesitate to email Hotrod5864@gmail.com or call/text 216-789-1647
