1981 Chevrolet El Camino "Conquista" MINT, ORIGINAL, NO RUST, LOW MILES
1981 Chevrolet El Camino Conquista Description
1981 Chevrolet El Camino Conquista
I purchased this beautiful El Camino 6 years ago. It was purchased new in Texas and remained within the original purchaser's family, moving to Oklahoma then to me in 2009. It remained garaged in the dry southwest until 2009. Since coming east, it has always been garaged and has never been used in bad weather. It is very original: the paint and body are original and in unbelievable condition. Look at the pictures--the El Camino in person looks far better than in the pictures. The body and underside/frame have no rust, ever. The bed has been protected by a bed liner since new. The frame is as clean as the body. This is a highly optioned vehicle, including power windows, door locks and bucket seat/console interior, all in great condition. It still wears its original Chevy super stock wheels which match the body, all 4 in mint condition. Mechanically, it is perfect. I was told by the previous owner that the engine and transmission were re-built in 2008 at 98,000 miles and have 47,000 miles on them now. The engine and trans are perfect: no smoke, noises, leaks, etc. Everything works 100% perfectly. It cruises on the highway like a new vehicle, regularly getting 20+ mpg. Needs nothing but a new (younger) owner. This El Camino is a "must see" show quality vehicle. Come see it and drive it--you will be amazed at its outstanding original condition.
