1971 Chevrolet Corvette Base Convertible 2-Door Description

Hello,

I am selling my 1971 Corvette Stingray Convertible in excellent numbers matching condition as shown. This beauty only has close to 44000 original miles on it, engine is super clean, body is straight and true with no issues. Paint is very nice, but does have some bubbling on the hood, and scratches mainly on one front hump. Interior is extremely clean, as you can expect with only 44000 miles on it. Tires are excellent with probably 3/4 of the life left on them with original rims. The pictures show this with a competition side pipes, but I do have the original pipes and back plates that will be included with the sale. The convertible roof is original and is in very nice condition, except the plastic tore across about 18" or so, and I have gorilla tape on it to prevent water from going in (I don't use it on rainy days, so it really did not matter to me). Passenger window is hard to put up and down, and maybe needs to be put back on track. I tried to list any issues for you, and a couple of more...clock does not work, FM does not work on the radio, but am does. She rides really nice, and the engine sounds fantastic. This corvette is for pickup or you arrange shipping only. I guarantee you that I am only selling this for financial reasons and really don't want to part with it. I am not taking offers as my lowest price is the open, and there is no reserve price so high bidder wins and you will love this corvette. This was a single family owned passed down to generations when I bought it off of them. I thought I would own it forever, but college came along for the kids. Email me with questions if interested.
