1966 Chevrolet Corvair Monza Description

Feel free to ask me any questions!
This is a 1966 Corvair Monza convertible equipped with a working factory power top, a 1968 110hp engine, and a 3-speed manual transmission. The engine runs well, transmission is smooth, and the brakes stop well. The dash was switched with the engine so the odometer matches the engine, not the car (I am including the original 66 dash and engine, though). When the previous owner had the engine out, he had the heads freshened by the Corvair Ranch and new rings installed. The body does not sag with the doors open and top down. The rocker-channels are very solid with only one hole in the passenger heater channel (non-structural) and one in the rear passenger doorjamb (also non-structural). The door panels are clean and the rear seat is very clean. The front bench has been replaced with a pair of very comfortable leather Volvo S40 seats. Original GM 68-69 seat belts are installed in the front. The top is in good, useable condition with only one tiny hole on the passenger side seam that can be easily patched or stitched and one in the center that can be professionally patched or duct-taped. I have the horn button and a spare- the factory glue dried out and it fell out. Nearlyevery missing piece of exterior trim is included with the car.
The good:Brand new clutch, input shaft seal, throw out bearing, bellhousing seals, and new gear oil
This car is in great mechanical and structural shape- everything that matters is there and solid.
I just installed a set of brand new 185/70r14 tires and they were balanced with sticky weights
The drivetrain alone is worth $1000+The engine had a full top end rebuild about 3000 miles ago including new rings, refreshed heads, and all top end seals (including Vitono-rings).
Issues:
The car needs a speedometer cable, front e-brake cable, and will eventually need a clutch cable to be 100% daily driver ready
There is a crack in the factory lead near the corner of the windshield- it's not structural but something that could be fixed with a new patch panel ($50) or some lead if you have the skill
Cracked rear window that can either be left as is or replaced ($120)Slow oil pan leak (new gasket included
The car will also include a 500 coupe front bench seat, 5 stock 13's with 2 correct 66 monza hub caps and 2 65 monza hub caps, and the original 66 dash
