1997 Chevrolet Tahoe 2 door LT leather interior Description

1997 2-door Chevrolet Tahoe for sale. This truck spent most of its life in California and has very little if any rust (been in northeast for 2 years now). Engine is solid 5.7L 350ci w stock Vortec intake and aftermarket cat-back exhaust - sounds mean!!! Transmission was only weak spot on the design of this truck so I replaced it with a Finish Line unit (4L60E Street Performance - Level 3... Corvette Servo, B/W High Energy 3-4 pack, etc) and 1397 Stall 30 Spline Converter. Roof rack/trim delete by last owner and it looks very sleek. Suspension is approx 3" raised to fit 275/70R18 Good Year Wranglers. Tires are wrapped around 18" XD Rock Star Wheels. Interior is completely soundproofed w insulation - you can easily use the Bluetooth at highway speeds. Sound system has a JVC CD head unit pushing sound through a complete JL Audio amp/speaker system, includes custom built/carpeted/contoured speaker box w 12" JL Audio subwoofer in far back. Built in Whistler radar detection. All of this is supported by an Optima Yellow Top Battery under the hood.
Imperfections - light hit drivers side front - to get back to perfect you will need a new bumper and grill and to refinish driver side quarter panel/slight dent in hood (see pic). Air bags need to be replaced as well - looking approx $500 for parts, anybody who is slightly mechanical should be able to self install. Drivers side seat has approx 3" tear on side from entry/exit from vehicle, no other tears in leather. Light lower rocker panel chips from normal road use.
I paid $11,500 for this truck 4 years ago and when perfect it should trade in approximately the same range. I have all of the documents/receipts from work done on this truck. They are never making the 2-door Tahoe again. You should be able to have the vehicle back to perfect in a weeks time. I have had offers to part the truck out in the 5-6k range.
