If your State does NOT require a title then you can get a tag and registration in your state without any problem with a bill of sale, and the current registration that I will give to you.
Up for NO RESERVE auction, and a low starting price...A great running 1970 Nova with a 454. The car needs paint ! The clear coat has faded off of the hood, roof, and trunk lid, and there is a couple of very small rust places on the side panels at the bottom behind the tires that would be easy to repair before painting, but are not noticeable unless you are right next to the car, but I felt like I should mention that.It has a 454 with an Edelbrock Torker intake manifold, a Holley double pumper carburetor, and Headers with Flowmaster mufflers and 3" exhaust that come out right behind the rear tires like they are suppose to. It has a TH400 automatic transmission, factory power steering, and aftermarket A/C that was properly installed with the correct kit, and no cutting or butchering was done. The A/C will need a refrigerant charge but I know it will work fine. The interior is in good shape, and has a bench seat with the factory automatic shift on the column. It also has a 4:10 gear in the rear. The white letter tires are in great condition, and have plenty of tread left. The Old Style American Racing mags are the real thing, and the cars stance is perfect as you can see from the pictures. . I bought the mags when they were new from the American Racing factory distributor in Atlanta back years ago. They use the shank type lug nuts which shows that they are really old, and not the acorn style lug nuts that are used today on the mags that are made in Asia. I am sure you know what I am talking about if you know anything about very old mag wheels. The ones on this car are very desirable, and are worth a good bit of money. The rear speaker shelf behind the back seat is in need of replacing due to sun fading. The trunk pan is in great shape, and is solid.I have had the car for many years, and now it is time for somebody else to enjoy it. The car gets attention everywhere it goes, and is a blast to drive.I also have a stack of receipts of things that have been done to the car over the years. These receipts will also come with the car.
I will help with loading the car with your choice of shipper......but you are responsible for payment to the shipper.
I will require a $500 deposit through paypal within 24 hours of the final bid. The balance is to be paid within 7 days of the end of the auction, by cash, cashiers check or wire transfer. We MUST talk on the phone to discuss the payment of the balance to make sure we agree on the way it will be paid. So do NOT send the balance to me in any fashion until we talk. Message me through eBay's email system and we can exchange phone numbers. The funds must clear the bank, and be in my hands cash money before the car leaves the premises !
You are welcome to come and check out the car if you would like to. It is licensed and insured. Just message me and we will set up a time for you to come over. I live between Gainesville and Dawsonville Ga.
Please feel free to ask any questions you may have about the car.
