The Chevy Prizm was a joint venture between Toyota and General Motors, making it extremely similar to the dependable Toyota Corolla. There are many, many more miles left on this car!
We have owned this vehicle for three years and have been very pleased with its performance. The minor dent across the two driver side doors is only cosmetic and does not affect use of the doors (the dent was already there when we purchased the car).
There is minimal rust on the car overall. The alloy wheels themselves are rusty. The wheel wells on the rear wheels are showing rust, especially on the left side (see picture), but the front wheel wells show no signs of rust. There is a bit of rust on parts of the dent on the left side of the car.
Recently the emergency brake light on the dash is staying on sometimes even if the e-brake is not being used. Other than that, the only problems are cosmetic - the minor dent on the left side, the bit of rust, and part of the headliner starting to droop.
