Selling a 1965 Chevrolet Bel Air four door sedan. This car is a great and dependable driver quality car. I purchased this car from the original family that purchased it new. The carhas always been well maintained and garaged kept. The carhas its original 327 enginewith double hump heads and power glide transmission. The engine runsstrong and does not smoke. There have been several upgrades addedto the car that were done before I purchased it.Several of the upgrades are as follows:larger Chevroletwheels and tires, shocks, big block radiator and fan, edelbrock four barrel intake, edelbrock carburetor, mild cam and lifters, original double hump heads were re worked with 202 valves and new seals and springs, HEI distributor, Brakes have been gone through with all new parts, and a vintage air conditioning system installed which recently had a new compressor and dryer installed.
This car runs out great, doesand could be driven anywhere. The interior looks great and has no tears or marks. The carpet does show signs of age, but still looks great. The head liner is intact and does not sag. The body is solid throughout and has no signs of rust anywhere. All glass is in great shape and the car has no leaks. They're small dings on the passenger side doors that are shown in the pics. The paint is not perfect, but is the original tuxedo black lacquer paint. The paint does show age and cracking, but presents awesome patina. I tried to display the paint quality in the pics above. I have all the original parts that came off the car when the upgrades were installed. I also have a large file full of receipts and information. This car gets lots of attention and is a pleasure to drive, by yourself or with a family.
