2003 Chevrolet Suburban Description

I own a company with 40 vehicles, mostly vans and Suburbans. We purchased this Suburban from a dealer in Pheonix, AZ in December 2015. It has operated well for us other than two minor electrical issues. Both times electrical wires had been defective and had to be replaced. Other than that we've had no issues with it.
The reason we're selling it is because it's a 9-person capacity vehicle, and due to DOT regulations we have to stick with 8-passengers or less. We learned this at the end of 2016 and so are phasing out our 9-passenger Suburbans.
The exterior is generally in very good shape with two exceptions. The first is the passenger side back door, which has some missing paint (see pictures). The other is the front bumper has some scratches and dings.
The interior is in great shape and it has never been smoked in. The seats are in great shape with no tears, stains...etc. The carpet is in fine condition, although does show some normal wear and tear as you would expect with a 14 year old vehicle. The vehicle does not have floor mats.
The 4x4, air conditioning...etc. all work great. It has a tow package in good shape and a roof rack. It does have the 3rd row seat as well.
