2012 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ Description

Up for sale is a 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ 4x4 with the Z71 Package. I am the second owner, and the first was a good friend of mine. When they ordered it from a Chevy Dealer in Oklahoma, every single option was added to the build sheet. It has power everything, windows, locks, sunroof, and power lift gate. The second row seats are bucket seats that are heated and power fold, as well. Everything on it is in very good shape. Since day 1, Weathertech floor liners were put in throughout the entire vehicle. The carpet and interior look brand new. The original carpet floor mats will be included with it. It has the third row seating, that have only been used a handful of times. For the most part they sit in a corner in an extra bedroom inside the house. The pictures do not show the third row seats, (forgot to put them in for pictures) but I can send them if you would like me to. This has the optional memory package, heated seats, Bose Stereo system, navigation, sunroof, rear entertainment system with 4 sets of wireless headphones, rear climate controls, power fold mirrors, towing package with integrated brake controller, power adjustable pedals, luggage rack, and convenience lighting. Like I stated earlier, this has every option available. It's a blast to drive and everything mechanically is in excellent condition.
This is anything but your average Tahoe. It was built to compare to the GMC Yukon Denali with the 6.2L gas engines. I have driven and owned both engines, and this 5.3L does not disappoint. It has many additional bolt on features that have been added. Here is a list:

This Tahoe will absolutely run. My dad is a 25 year GM mechanic and this engine platform is one of the most reliable and upgradeable ones out there. I have always taken very good care of this Tahoe and Mobil 1 synthetic oil was always used. We just took this on a 10 hr road trip to the coast, and everything works great. It turns heads everywhere we go. The stance is very aggressive and all air dams and lower trim components were removed for ultimate ground clearance. My favorite thing to stand outside it and listen to it start up. The Borla Exhaust and Kooks headers make this thing rumble. At idle and highway speeds, the exhaust is barely noticeable though. It is the best of both worlds.
I installed the airbag assist system on the rear suspension to help level the vehicle when towing something. I have had them on several vehicles and they hold up great. When you have about 5 PSI in the bags, it literally rides like a Cadillac. I concealed the valve stems (same used to air up car tires) right at the base of the rear bumper so they are out of sight, but easily accessible.
The custom tune really helps out all around. It runs great, and helps out with gas mileage, too. It was tuned by a company I have used for years, and they do great work. I had the Dyno sheet somewhere, but I guess I've lost it. It put out right around 390 hp to the ground.
The body is in good shape. There are some rock chips on the front hood, but nothing major. It is a used vehicle, and does have a few dings throughout but once again, nothing major. I am currently driving this vehicle, so mileage will go up. I just found out through carfax that mileage was reported incorrectly when the oil was changed. I have reported it to them and they are getting it fixed. It's a process though, so I am sure it will take a couple of days.
I can help out with shipping. Depending on where you are, and if the buy it now is used, I can deliver it free of charge. Or if you want to fly in to OKC, you can drive this Tahoe anywhere in the country. Either way, I will work with you.
