2003 Chevrolet Suburban Description

This is a 2003 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 2wd with an 8.1L Vortec engine and an automatic transmission. Its only got 98k miles on it. I just replaced its first set of original spark plugs with the OEM replacement AC Delco parts along with a new factory fuel pump assembly.
The engine fires right up without hesitation, smoke, or other abnormal noises. Put it into gear and the transmission goes throughout the gears with ease. The engine has tons of power and trans shifts very well. The steering is nice and tight along with all the suspension. Everything is factory with the exception of a leveling kit made by DayStar which does not change the factory ride what so ever. The wheels are the original optional aluminum sixteen inch that I was told are made by Alcoa. The tires are highway tread Sumitomos with probably 90% remaining. The exhaust is all stock and original, I have not seen any rust anywhere on this vehicle, here in Chico we do not get snow EVER, only the occasional rain and a ton of sun! It does have the factory tow package in the rear with I believe a 7 pin connector and a 4 pin, it does not have a trailer brake controller installed but I have been told its a simple install.
The interior is in good condition but could probably use a good steam clean, the carpets in the front are a little dirty. They are not stained or worn through but in the fourteen years since it was built its accumulated spills, dirt, etc. The seats are not dirty, stained, or worn out. All of the padding is nice and firm, not collapsed like all of the other ones out there. All of the power windows and locks work perfectly from the buttons inside or the keyless entry remote. It has rear A/C with controls on the ceiling. The A/C is nice and cold but it does not switch from the floor/vent/defrost. The knob turns but it won't switch. I have been told its a really easy fix but have not had the time to get it addressed. If that is something you would like me to bring to a mechanic and have repaired before you pick the vehicle up that is not a problem but you will be responsible for that repair bill in its entirety. The interior has been smoked in so if you are very sensitive to that this may not be the vehicle for you. I'm sure a good interior shampooing with greatly reduce or remove the scent but that is another thing I have not had completed.
The exterior is in good shape but being 14 years old it has accumulated some scratches and dings. The paint is still very shiny and the color looks great in the sun. The clear coat on the top of the factory fender flares is beginning to go bad. I believe three out of four are showing discoloration. The roof, hood, and other areas of the vehicle are not showing and signs of fade or discoloration, only the flares themselves.
This vehicle is located here in Chico, Ca and will need to be picked up at this location. I will accept cash in person, a check with adequate time needing for payment clearing, or a bank transfer.
