2013 Chevrolet Impala LTZ Description

You're looking at a beautiful, well maintained 2013 Chevrolet Impala LTZ. The car has just under 36,000 miles on it and runs great. It's been maintained locally at my certified GM dealer and has zero mechanical issues. The vehicle has a clean title.
The black leather interior is in good shape, with minor wear shown on the driver's seat (see photos). Everything functions correctly without issue. The BOSE stereo sounds fantastic, Sirius/XM radio works great. AC blows ice cold, dual zone climate control functions properly. Both heated seats work great as well.
The exterior is in good condition but has some minor blemishes worth noting. The hood, roof, and front bumper have some scuffs, marks, and scratches (see photos for details). Otherwise, the exterior is in great shape and the car shines up beautifully.
This car has no issues whatsoever mechanically. The car runs perfect, starts every time, shifts and accelerates smoothly. The tires and brakes are both in great shape, tires were rotated last Fall and have plenty of tread remaining. I will also include two additional factory tires (Goodyear Eagle RS-A) in mint condition. These came on another vehicle we own and were swapped out. As the photos show, they're in great shape.
The car is financed locally through my local credit union but the lien amount is below the starting price. If the buyer is available to pick the car up during a business day, the title will be available same day (kept locally) with a notarized bill of sale. Otherwise, I can mail the title to the buyer once available.
I would like a $150 non-refundable deposit within 72 hours of auction completion (Paypal/money order is fine) to cover the auction costs. Full payment due within 7 days of auction close via cash or certified check. The car is good shape and runs great, but since it's used - it's being sold as is where is with no warranty written or implied.
