1996 Chevrolet Impala Super Sport Description

Hi, up for sale is my real deal 1996 Chevy Impala SS. This car is a documented 2 owner California car by Carfax, but actually is a 1 family owned car. This car when originally purchased was registered to my company but when company was sold the car was transferred into my wife and I's name, so technically this car had been with us since day 1. It has only 74,600 original miles on it and has been garage kept and pampered since we've owned it and has never seen rain. Car has holds a California clean title and is currently registered and ready for immediate sale. This car comes from a non-smoking family so no weird scents or smells. Car was just smogged a few days ago and as the technician mentioned...it passed like a new car.

Below I will describe to the best of my abilities what I see and know about the car.

Outside: This Impala receives 1 real good detail in and out twice a yr to keep the shininess and luster in the paint. Body is laser straight and rust free and still maintains all of its original body panels. Paint job is still in great to excellent shape. Being black it does show everything as you car guys know, but believe me when I say the flaws are very minimal... also no oxidation on the bumpers or roof . It's obvious this car has been garage kept. A smoke window tint was installed from the dealer that looks great...not too dark and not too light, just enough to help keep the added heat out. All glass is perfect. Windshield does have a rock chip which I had filled and plugged to prevent it spreading across or cracking more. It's been like this for over 10yrs with no signs of spreading anymore.

Inside: Interior of this car is in like new condition with no rip, tears, snags, etc. Dash, headliner, carpet and mats still show excellent. All gauges are in proper working order and work as they should. All power seats, windows work as they should. Air conditioning was just recharged and blows ICE cold. Trunk compartment still looks new with all factory equipment still in place...spare tire and jack kit, etc.

Motor & Transmission are completely original and have never been modified. All factory components are present and intact. I installed a battery cutoff switch under the hood to help maintain the life of the battery since the car wasn't daily driven....it was a 4th car for us.

Rest Of Car: Car is currently riding on the stock wheels with brand new tires...maybe 250 miles on them total. Suspension has been lowered from the dealer only using lowering springs....not too low where you have to worry about anything, yet low enough to give it that aggressive look. Helper bags were installed also at that time to help out with heavy trunk loads or extra weight in the backseat.
