1999 Chevrolet Suburban LT Description

Extremely nice 1999 Suburban LT 4X4. If you are local from Raleigh, NC you have seen this one and I know you have commented on how nice it is.
I purchased the truck with 85,000 miles and at 88,000 miles I had to replace the engine. (XXX) in Cary, North Carolina installed a brand-new crate Chevrolet 350 in it. I have been using synthetic oil ever since.
Since this time it has been maintained very well. Most of the work has been done by (Same). I have a glove box full of paperwork.They have same on their computer.
In the time I have owned it I have replaced many of the parts including the transmission (one year ago - warranty still is in place), and fuel pump (also one year ago).
Additionally, much front end work has been done including tie rod's, ball joints, and drive axles. The truck drives very nice. No shimmy or shakes it tracks straight down the highway at 70 mph. Very recent full tune. Cap, wires, and plugs.
Pretty much all original the truck does have brand-new tires, newer wheels, newer shocks front and rear, alignment, newer brakes front and rear, as well as a custom cat back dual exhaust from (XXX) Muffler in Raleigh. NOT loud!
There is only surface rust on this truck. Until just two years ago it was garaged its entire life. The paint looks very good in these pictures but it needs a full detail to keep it looking so. There are many swirls and the paint is quite faded. However, it does look really good from 10 feet. It is not perfect. I have taken pics of the main condition issues - seats and roof.
There are not very many from 1999 that look this good. This is not a beater but one that presents itself very well and will go for many, many more miles.
I realize this is more than both Kelly and NADA but there really is nothing to compare it to out there. If you're looking for a nearly rust-free truck that will tow anything, looks good and drives great, and has super heat and air conditioning with all the major work having already been done this is one to consider. Oh, it has barn doors and a third row seat.
