1964 Chevrolet Corvette Description

Beautiful, special interest 1964 Corvette Sport Coupe! Original 327, 300hp. Numbers on motor match. Transmission has been replaced. 4-speed muncie trans with factory shifter. Power steering & brakes. Runs great. Interior in nice condition. Frame-off resto! Paint restored to the original Ermine White.
It seems an early owner of the car was Don Yenko. A previous owner researched the history extensively & published an article about it in the Spring 1990 issue of "Keeping' Track of Vettes" (see pics). The car comes with a binder FULL of documentation, including the original Owners Guide, an original issue of the 1990 magazine featuring the article on the car's history, pictures of the frame-off restoration, and maintenance records.
We bought the car in 2003. Previous owner reported having done the following work on the car: replaced brake & fuel lines; body mounts & bushings; radiator support replaced with correct repro; brake system replaced/rebuilt from booster to drums, with all new lines, hoses, shoes, cylinders; new clutch and flywheel; entire shifter & linkage replaced with a factory one; transmission resealed. We have put about 1800 miles on it since then.
