1999 Chevrolet Suburban LS Description

I've owned for 10 years. Has a newer Jasper engine & transmission was installed at approximately 150,000 miles (have paperwork). Engine has a slight cam for towing, dual exhaust, new brakes, AC new compressor (1 year), Interior 4 years old in good shape seats covered in Catskin interior two tone black and tax seats along with the third seat. New carpet was installed at that time too. Power windows, doors, locks, seats, heated seats, with radio, phone pairing, and rear camera. New wheels, about 6 months old, tires are at about 80% new tread. Runs Great and decent gas mileage for the size of the vehicle. Found out today before listing truck the AC has a leak. I was going to ask $4750, but lowered due to discovering this today. High setting on AC/Heat Controller doesn't work, but an easy fix. A new wire lead needs installed from the glove compartment to the AC / Heat controller. It was fixed before, but they cleaned the existing wire lead and didn't install new wire. Truck runs, hauls and tows fantastic. Great power. It does make some age sounds like in the doors, but it does run good. This would is a great truck for someone. Should last someone another 100,000 miles...... no warranty with this listing.
