1997 C2500 heavy duty 3/4 ton utility bed with 3 door shell. 5.7 vortex 4L80e overdrive transmission 14 bolt differential white with tan interior. Michelin 10 ply tires, upgraded chrome wheels, truck comes from southwest so no rust... none. I've owned this truck for about 12 years and used it for my business, now retired and don't use it. It's been the best truck I've ever had, it drives tight, it carries alot, it always starts right up won't get hot, very comfortable. I had a compressor and a generator mounted in bed, the mounts are still there.here are the pros. it's a really nice truck that I would drive anywhere. everything on it is extra heavy duty. you will have the ability to lock your tools and supplies when it's parked at the home store or your home.It could even be converted to an ultimate urban camper.here's the cons. there is a crack on the passenger side windshield the body is sound and rust free but there are small chips and dings as any truck would have of that vintage.Small hole on seat I have no idea of the exact millage as the previous owner stated he changed the instrument cluster, I'm believing it to be 150k to 165k.It feels and drives like significantly less. there are several dime size dents which appear to be hail damage, but a few feet away they are not noticeable. So if your looking for a very sound mechanical truck...that is pretty a few feet away that holds a ton of tools and supplies secure this is your truck. Fly in and drive it home
